The Richard’s staff strives to provide quality dance education, as well as motivating our students to reach for their dreams and help them grow as a positive member of the community through Community Service. Our staff truly believes that the "Well Trained Students of Today are the Stars of Tomorrow!”

Continuing Education is very important to us at Richard's. Our instructors attend Seminars and Conventions throughout the year from Chicago National Association of Dance Masters and other Dance, Acro, Early Childhood and Adaptive/Integrated Dance Organizations.

Our Instructors, Assistant Instructors and Class Demonstrators train and test throughout the year in the Richard's Curriculum to keep up to date on curriculum and teaching techniques, as well as with their dance training.
